# Access to Bibliographic URLs

The final Russian edition records a retrieval pass dated September 12, 2026 covering 32 unique URLs in the register after the Scribd link was removed. Content was retrieved for 9 URLs; 1 returned a response with no extracted content. These results establish neither permanent availability nor the absence of a page.

This is an English rendering of that retained report. No URLs were reopened for this translation. The earlier retrieval pass was not a new substantive review of the sources, an OCR comparison, or a comparison of full texts. Earlier reading records in the register remain distinct from the outcomes of that pass.
