The channel saves remarks with the initial state received-unreviewed. This records receipt by the application, not assessment by a person. There is no public submission search or record viewer.
The JSON records are read through cPanel File Manager after the account holder signs in. No new web administration interface is supplied. The patch performs no distribution to external specialists.
For legal assessment, supply a defined set: the case record, source passages, applicable criterion, recorded disposition, strongest objection and separate argument for the sanction. A reader familiar with the jurisdiction is asked whether the element is correctly isolated; which material supports the attribution; where a reproduction replaces an original; whether adverse passages are retained; whether the outcome is accurate; what additional material would change the account; and how to assess the proposal to exclude imprisonment even when the classification is supported. For independent language editing, supply both articles and the shared register. Examine the naturalness of each edition, exact quotations, retained source-language legal terms, distinctions between sanctions and the same limits on shared claims. Different structures are permitted. A difference in common evidence requires a correction.
An editorial response can accept a remark, accept it in part, request material or retain the passage with reasons. Record the exact prior wording, proposal, response, consequences for both editions and remaining issue. The word reviewed is not applied without those entries.
Acceptance criteria for an external response: it identifies a document and passage; provides accessible support or states the access limit; separates the source position from its own conclusion; preserves adverse material; distinguishes sanction from execution; and traces a correction through both editions. Agreement does not certify the study. No response does not mean agreement.
External responses actually received: empty register. Record real responses separately when they arrive. Publishing the contents of a remark or assessment requires a separate decision and basis; submission through the private form is not permission to publish its text.
