Archive of external-link access observations

All materials

Historical document from an earlier edition. The counts and outstanding tasks below describe that package. See the later edition’s status and the source register.

On 30 September 2026, direct requests to 42 external URLs retrieved the first bytes of each response: 37 returned HTTP 200 and five returned HTTP 403. Response status is not a finding about the truth of a document or its support for a claim. Reading scope is recorded separately in the source ledger.

The five URLs that refused direct requests host judicial texts that could be read through another retrieval channel. They are not marked as missing sources. The access record also identifies full retrieved versions for beforeword, Counterman and Kimel/Canese.

Internal package paths and HTML anchors are checked against the final files. PDF links to HTML appendices require the extracted package. The standalone article PDFs retain external source links.
